The Van der Rohe, 2933 N Sheridan Road, is a recently-renovated 15-story building designed by modernist master Mies van der Rohe.
The building has garage parking and an on-site management and maintenance.
There’s a 24-hour fitness room, a resident lounge with a catering kitchen, and a 12,000 square foot south- and east-facing sundeck with grilling stations. There are vending machines in the 24-hour laundry room.
