Parc Huron currently has a small selection of 1- and 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartments for immediate occupancy, and a wider selection available for early August, and September and October occupancy. Available 1-bedrooms range from $2,347 to $3,140 for a penthouse-level apartment. Two-bedroom, 2-bath apartments rent from $3,334 to $3,641.
Rent incentives vary with occupancy date and range from a $1,000 rent credit to a month’s free rent.

The Parc Huron offices are open daily, from 9 until 6 on Monday, Thursday and Friday, 9 to 7 on Tuesday and Wednesday, 11 to 5 on Saturday and noon to 5 on Sunday. Walk-ins are welcome, and no appointment is necessary, but it’s a good idea to call ahead to check rents on available apartments.
