The first residents will move into Circa 922, 922 W Washington in the West Loop, in mid-January of 2015. The building, like every new apartment tower, will phase occupancy over a period of time beginning with its lower floors.
Renters can take advantage of the staged delivery schedule to sign a lease now and lock in some of Circa 922’s most desirable high-floor units for an April, 2015 move-in. Circa 922 is currently offering hardhat tours that will include a look at the dramatic views from the building’s higher floors.
Circa 922 is a boutique full-amenity building in a steps-to-everything location.
