In today’s market, many buyers need more flexibility in the timing of purchasing their next home. They might have their equity tied up in a home that will take a while to sell, or they may be relocating from one town to another.

With that in mind, Grand Bend at Green Bay in Evanston recently announced a rent-to-own program that credits 25 percent of a buyer’s rent toward the purchase of their Grand Bend condo.

A small number of condos are being offered in the program for a limited time. Grand Bend homes start in the $190s for one-bedrooms, the $290s for two-bedrooms, and the $570s for three-bedrooms.
