When I first joined the Chicago Association of Realtors, there were 6,000 members. I think membership peaked last year at just a hair over 13,000 members. Yikes! I am hoping that current market trends cull the herd – so to speak.
Based on the number of posts I saw on Craigslist, the herd is thinning.
More for me! Who the Hell would hire someone with a craigslist ad like that? Looks like a future dog walker (not that there is anything wrong with that).
