In this second part of my visit to the West Loop from last weekend, I look at three developments: Pure, 24 S Morgan St, Mod, 1222 W Madison St, and the eventual location of the West Loop Promenade, in the 1100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
While shooting the video, I noticed a new sign in one of Pure’s windows indicating that the project was moving forward. Yesterday, I spoke with Kevin Green from Prudential Preferred Properties, who confirmed that sales are back on track following the disappearance of the tower’s developer. Most of Pure’s homes can be delivered within 30 days.
