The two-bedroom / two-bath condo, listed by Baird & Warner’s Rob Shutan, features “sunny southern exposures and stunning lake views from the large balcony” off the master suite, and the building offers amenities like an outdoor pool, a sun deck, a sauna, tennis and racquetball courts, an exercise room, and a door staff. Monthly assessments are $615 (covering water, common insurance, door staff, cable television, exercise facilities, pool, exterior maintenance, lawn care, scavenger, and snow removal), and 2008 taxes are $3,204. Malibu East gets a “very walkable” Walk Score of 85, and an “excellent” Transit Score of 71 (due to the proximity to the Thorndale station and three different Sheridan bus lines that stop right outside the building).
