Parc Huron currently has a selection of 1-bedroom apartments available for immediate, early June and dates through mid-August. All of the apartments have upscale finishes and private balconies. Rents for available 1-bedrooms start at $2,132 a month. A single 2-bedroom, 2-bath is available for immediate occupancy at $3,628 a month.
Leases beginning on or before June 15, 2015 will receive a month’s free rent. Select units are also eligible for an additional $500 credit.
