Apartment features include keyless entry, driftwood plank flooring throughout, in-unit washers and dryers, private balconies, and individually-controlled heat and air-conditioning. Designer kitchens include stainless steel appliances, tiled backsplashes, quartz countertops, under-mount sinks and contemporary dark wood cabinets.

Studio apartments at Exhibit start at $1,805 a month, junior convertibles at $1,692 and convertibles at $2,088. One-bedrooms rent from $2,298 a month, 2-bedroom, 1-baths from $2,750, 2-bedroom, 2-baths from $3,325, and 3-bedrooms with 3 baths from $5,805. Up to a month’s free rent is available on most of the apartments.

Floor plans and near real-time rent and availability info can be accessed online.

Exhibit on Superior has a large landscaped deck with a lap pool, hot tub, cabanas, grilling stations and fire pits with lounge seating on the east side of the building.

The fitness center has cardio and strength-training equipment, sauna, a boxing simulator, spin bikes and private training studios with Fitness on Demand. A tech lounge has charging stations, a kitchen, and private work and meeting rooms.

Resident lounge areas feature a fireplace, big screen TV, a game area with arcade games, reading and charging alcoves, a library nook and a private dining room and party suite. A guest suite is available for overnight visitors.

Exhibit on Superior is pet-friendly, subject to breed limits, with “fur free” floors. There’s a “doggie spa and lounge” and a gated outdoor dog park. The building has on-site management, maintenance and leasing staff, and 24/7 door staff.

Exhibit on Superior residents are a few minutes’ walk from scores of popular dining and nightlife options in River North and the Gold Coast. They can avoid the crowds and explore the more relaxed scene closer to home in the 700 blocks of Clark, LaSalle and Wells, steps from the building.

Café Iberico on LaSalle is known for its tapas, and for an outstanding selection of affordable wines.

Nearby Clark St venues include Zed 451, 25 Degrees, and Clark Street Ale House.

The 700 block of Wells St hosts Brehon Pub, Prosecco and the popular Yolk. Oak + Char and Farmhouse are just around the corner.
