During our chat about Morgan Row this morning, Michael Schnell of Koenig & Strey GMAC Real Estate mentioned that prices have dropped at RMR Partners’ Six North May.
The eight remaining two-bedrooms at 6 N May St, originally listed in the $380s to the $430s, dropped in price today by $10,000 to $20,000, depending on the unit. I took a look at the floor plan for one of those condos a couple of weeks ago.
As I reported last month, buyers who sign contracts before the end of March can get $30,000 parking spots for just $15,000.
With a chance to save as much as $35,000 on a West Loop home, will buyers take another look at Six North May?
