There’s no point in wasting a sunny day, especially when you’re taking a tour of a Lake Shore Drive high-rise. With that in mind, Joe Zekas asked developer Buzz Ruttenberg and chief engineer Lou Graziano to take him up to the very top of 600 Lake Shore Drive last week to take in the views of the lake and downtown Chicago.
As the trio gazed out on the great north views, they talked about what was left for sale in the building. It comes as no surprise that all of 600’s north-facing units have been sold, but there is still a good selection of lake-facing and southern view units, says Ruttenberg.
