The Abby on Ashland, located at 7357 N Ashland Blvd, has 19 rehabbed condos (including one duplex unit) with one to three bedrooms priced from the $150s to the $310s.
Lunt Arms, located at 1426 W Lunt Ave, has 31 rehabbed condos with two bedrooms and dens priced from the $210s.
The Yellowstone, located at 1667 W Farwell Ave, has 27 rehabbed simplex and duplex condos with two or three bedrooms. Prices range from the $190s to the $320s.
