Even though the 158-unit development will be located about 10 blocks from U.S. Cellular Field, at 1038 W 35th St., the developer says there will be a view of the ballpark from the development’s rooftop deck. Note: the company doesn’t detail the quality of the alleged view.
Units will be priced from the mid-$200s to somewhere just short of the $500s. A bleacher’n’binoculars package is available on the rooftop deck, priced from the $800s.
