One of the questions I asked Bob Darrow as we were scheduling our Roscoe Village tour was whether the neighborhood had any pockets that were languishing. Joe Zekas posed that question to Bob near the start of our tour, right as we were passing what might have been the area’s oldest FSBO.
On the first leg of our Roscoe Village tour, we kept to Damen Avenue and its cross-streets, where Bob was able to give us a good overview of the single-family home market. We also took a look at some of the newer condo buildings fronting Damen between Belmont Avenue and Roscoe Street.
