Row2750 construction set for next month

Interior rendering for Row2750, 2750 N Lakewood Ave, Chicago

It looks like things are moving quickly for Row2750, the new Lincoln Park townhouse development I wrote about yesterday.

LG Development Group and Century 21 Sussex & Reilly threw a launch party for the Hartshorne Plunkard-designed project at Perennial last month, and a contract for one of its nine units is already under negotiation, says Sussex & Reilly agent Matt Leutheuser.

Work should begin at the corner of Diversey Parkway and Lakewood Avenue within the next four weeks, he says. The project’s nine townhouses and two duplex condos will be ready for delivery in June or July.

Leutheuser also notes that parts of the project’s Web site were put together by designers overseas, which may explain that sideways neighborhood map. So much for shifting paradigms.

Row2750’s four-bedroom townhouses are priced from $1.19 million to $1.39 million. Those prices seem to fall in line with Lincoln Park’s other new townhouse development, the Montana Rowhomes at 1000 – 1008 W Montana St, where three- and four-bedroom homes range from $1.19 million to $1.49 million.
