A sponsored ad in today’s Tribune says LG Development Group has broken ground on its Row2750 townhomes and condos at the corner of Lakewood Avenue and Diversey Parkway in Lincoln Park. According to Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture, which designed the homes, foundations for all 11 homes are already in place, and construction on at least a few of the units should begin soon.
Nine of the development’s townhomes and condos are currently for sale from $999,000 (for a 2,972 square-foot three-bedroom) to $1.5 million (for a 3,982 square-foot four-bedroom). One two-bedroom priced at $699,000 and two four-bedrooms priced at $1.19 and $1.39 million are under contract.
Sudler Sotheby’s is marketing the project.
