Rubloff Residential Properties has been selected to market the remaining condominiums at State Place, a mixed-use retail and residential development under construction at 11th and State, in the South Loop.
The development includes a 24-story tower and three mid-rises with 253 condos and ground-level retail space.
“State Place is its own community within city limits, stretching a full block on State Street from Roosevelt to 11th,” said Howard Weinstein, co-owner of Rubloff Residential Properties, exclusive sales and marketing agent for State Place. “This sophisticated neighborhood, which features stunning architecture and superb landscaping and gardens, will have every amenity and convenience.”
State Place includes a Walgreen’s, a 26,000-square-foot Multiplex Clubs health club with spa services, a Charter One Bank and the Shops at State Place – 20,000 square feet of ground-level retail shops and restaurants.
Construction on State Place began in 2003, with first occupancies slated for fall of 2004. At press time, 65 percent of the units had been sold.
“Buyers have a wide selection of tower and terrace residences from which to choose, as well as penthouses,” said Judy Howard, sales manager with Rubloff.
The tower residences have one to three bedrooms, one to two baths and 791 to 1,412 square feet of living space, priced from the $280s to the $510s. Three penthouses, located on the 24th floor, have two or three bedrooms, two to 3.5 baths and 1,874 to 2,511 square feet of space, priced from the $840s to $1.145 million.
Condos in the three mid-rises have two or three bedrooms, two baths and 1,348 to 1,735 square feet of space. Prices range from $380,800 to $570,800.
“The terrace residences have oversized balconies overlooking the private terrace gardens, and terrace penthouses feature wrap-around outdoor living areas,” Howard said.
The development also includes an outdoor pool and sundeck, valet dry cleaning, 24-hour door staff, a guest suite for overnight visitors, a receiving room, a business center and a hospitality room.
