Eleven condos are under contract and an additional six are reserved at Mod, a pair of mid-rises planned for the West Loop, according to Mike Battista, a vice president of sales at Jameson Realty Group, which is marketing the project.
A model will open in mid-September at 1131 W Madison St, and a sales opening party is set for Sept. 27, Battista says. According to a news release we got from the developers today, pre-construction prices on the 92 one- and two-bedroom condos, some with dens, range from $284,900 to $499,000. Parking is $35,000.
Architecture firm Sullivan, Goulette & Wilson designed the buildings, planned for 1222 and 1224 W Madison St (thanks to Stokes and Joe for pointing out the correct address). The project is a venture between Stillpoint Development, The Pickus Companies and Castlebar Enterprises, Inc.

I’m pretty sure this isn’t 2200 West…It’s more like 1222 West Madison fyi…
Thanks for the catch, Stokes.
The map on the Mod site makes it clear that the project is just west of Racine, in the 1200 block of Madison.
Thanks Stokes, and Joe. I’m going to make the change in the original post.
