Two condos remain for sale at 1254 W Eddy St, a 12-unit rehabbed building at North Lakewood Avenue and West Eddy Street, according to Julie Siragusa, a sales agent with Koenig & Strey GMAC Real Estate, which is marketing the project.
Both of the available condos have two bedrooms and two baths. Prices start in the $390s, and garage parking is $35,000.
Features include Brazilian cherry floors, stainless steel GE appliances, eight-foot doors, iPod docking stations and radiant heated floors in the master baths. Deliveries are expected within 30 to 45 days of contract, Siragusa says.
