I spoke with Greg Eldridge from @properties for a few minutes this morning about Superior 110, JFJ Development‘s deep blue high-rise at 110 W Superior St in River North.
Eldridge says 13 of the 58 condos in the building are still available, with at least one unit still available in five of the building’s six tiers. (Only the 03 plan, a three-bedroom / two-bath unit, is sold out.) The smallest available condo has one bedroom, a den, and 1.5 baths, and the largest available home is a 2,550 square-foot three-bedroom / three-bath penthouse.
In the course of our conversation, Eldridge offered some specifics on how the homes will be finished out. Edridge says the developer is offering “fully drywalled ceilings in a concrete building, tons of recessed lighting, speakers flush-mounted in the ceiling, curtain pockets along the whole perimeter, and the HVAC is vented in the ceiling.”
To limit noise, the developer is using “blown-in cellulose insulation on all demising walls within each residence around anything that makes noise,” which Eldridge says would include washer / dryer closets, furnace closets, bathrooms, and kitchen walls.
Prices for the remaining homes range from the $540s to $1.6 million.
