Talk about a great way to spend a sunny afternoon: Joe and I took a nice long stroll through the South Loop on Friday, armed to the teeth with cameras and notebooks to document our journey. We tried to visit as many developments as possible, so check back over the next week or two for more from our safari.
One stop was Lakeside Lofts, a new-construction project at 2035 S Indiana Ave. The 100-unit project has been in delivery since May 2007, and just 14 homes remained when we dropped by.
In addition, the free parking deal Yo first mentioned back in October has been extended to all available units. Shown here is Unit 312, a two-bedroom / two-bath condo priced at $364,800. The rest of the homes range in price from the $240s to the $390s.
