It’s an exciting time for the Enterprise Companies‘ Museum Park developments in the South Loop.
Both One Museum Park (the big one overlooking Grant Park) and 1400 Museum Park will start closings in a month, according to marketing director Karen Juneau. Construction is still ongoing, but the first move-ins will likely begin just after those closings.
At 1600 Museum Park (shown here), construction is progressing so fast that this photo is probably outdated.
“We’re basically pouring a new floor each week,” says Juneau. “Our schedule is to have the building topped off by June or July of this year.”
About 170 of 1600 Museum Park’s 270 homes have sold; price points for the remaining condos range from the $290s to the $700s.
