Bluewater Companies may be taking its time with Bluewater 5440, but the firm’s adjacent development is still moving ahead with sales – about a year after construction wrapped up.
5430 Sheridan, an eight-story, 48-unit mid-rise in Edgewater Beach, is approaching the 75-percent-sold benchmark. Tina Macek, a sales agent with Maher Partners LLC, said yesterday that 14 homes remain in the project; pricing ranges from the $320s to the $430s for two- and three-bedroom units.
As with many new developments along the Sheridan Rd, this project leans heavily on its contemporary design and luxury amenities. Heated garage parking is available for $26,900.
