Lincoln Park has a healthy sprinkling of jumbo-sized new houses, most of them at scattered infill sites. At Geneva Terrace Estates, 22 custom single-family homes are underway on a site roughly bounded by Drummond Place, Schubert Avenue, Clark Street and Orchard Street. The seven houses that remain for sale are bigger than some bed and breakfasts I’ve stayed in. They have six or seven bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and 5,500 to 7,800 square feet. Luxury features include an elevator in one home and two media rooms in another.
Prices range from $2.5 million to $4 million, according to Vivienne Frow, a sales associate with Rubloff Residential Properties.
