Nine22, a 15-unit condo conversion at 922 N Oakley Blvd, just passed the halfway point in sales, according to Joe Limjuco of @properties. Homes are available on each of the building’s three floors, as are two garden units.
Construction is wrapping up on the 92-year-old Ukrainian Village building, Limjuco says. The basement floors were excavated to increase the ceiling heights of garden apartments by about a foot (they’re now 9 feet high), and all of the units received new electrical wiring, plumbing and drywall.
Price points range from the low $200s to the $290s. As for incentives, Limjuco says they’re throwing in 42-inch plasma TVs, depending on how low negotiations go.
