Canyon Ranch Living – Chicago, the 67-story tower planned for 680 N Rush St, is 10 percent sold, according to Nancy Nugent, director of sales for Related Midwest, the developer and marketer.
The project comprises 257 residential condos, 126 hotel-condo suites, a 75,000-square-foot wellness center and a 90-seat restaurant, according to Nugent. The units sold are residential condos, she says. Hotel condos aren’t on the market yet.
Prices start in the $720s and go up to $4 million plus, Nugent says. Construction is expected to start in January 2008 with deliveries in early 2011.
