The only mention of Belmont Square that I can find in the YoChicago archives is from April. All we knew at that point was that the building’s 10 condos were priced from the $440s, and that Koenig & Strey GMAC Real Estate was handling sales. Now, Melissa Stasio and Robert Munds from Jameson Real Estate have the listings, and Stasio says that two units are sold and occupied, leaving eight two- and three- bedroom units available.
The remaining units at 3203 N Oakley Ave in Roscoe Village are all two-bedrooms with dens and three-bedrooms that are priced from the $440s to the $480s. There is also one 2,900 square-foot three-bedroom / 3.5-bath duplex with a den that’s priced in the $750s. Stasio says the assessments will be fairly low, with an average of about $200 per month.
Stasio says the finishes are the building’s best features, as every unit comes with a Viking appliance package, Frigidaire washer and dryer, a gas fireplace, and steam showers with body sprays. Each unit comes with a garage parking space and either a balcony or a roof deck.
