Along with the newly announced Bankside, Belgravia Group has been working on two other townhouse projects lately: Union Row in East Pilsen, and Hartland Park II in Lincoln Park. Mark wrote about the former not too long ago, but we haven’t had a lot to report about the latter until now.
Only five of Hartland Park II’s 45 townhouses are still for sale, says Belgravia’s January Sambell. They are four-bedroom / 4.5-bath homes that have 3,074 to 3,362 square feet and range in price from the $890s to the $980s. Two are ready for immediate delivery, and the other three are under construction and will be ready for occupancy by the end of the year, Sambell says.
The homes will be finished with a variety of upgrades, so it’s hard to say exactly how the kitchens and bathrooms will look. Standard packages included the usual condo finishes, like granite countertops, GE stainless-steel appliances, marble bath tiles and shower walls, and Kohler fixtures, so just imagine something a little fancier, I suppose.
Each townhouse has brick masonry and stone exterior finishes, 8.5-foot to 9.5-foot ceiling heights, a two-car heated garage, and outdoor space on three levels.
