Four three-bedroom condos are still for sale at Ranquist Development‘s Urban Sandbox, nearing completion at 1615 N Wolcott St in Bucktown. Along a $1.39 million “penthouse” that comes with these rooftop views and two walls of floor-to-ceiling windows (seen above), there are two 1,705 square-foot units that resemble the model seen in the pictures below, and one 1,865 square-foot home, all pried in the $710s to $750s.
Crews seemed to be working in just about every unit, sold and unsold, when I visited the building with developer / listing agent Karen Ranquist last Friday. A ground-floor commercial space was coming together as well, in preparation for its new tenant, a pediatric dentist.
