The six-story development, which will be located in place of the LaSalle Bank at the northeast corner of Lincoln, Belmont and Ashland Avenues in Lake View, will feature one-and two-bedroom condos as well as 14 retail units, one of which will be a David Barton Gym. The development’s sales center is currently located at 3126 N Ashland Ave, about one block from the site.
The project will break ground in September and is scheduled for completion by summer 2009, according to Arons.
Prices on remaining units range from the $300s to the $610s, and parking spaces are available starting at $37,500.
