Of the six units planned for the Lowe Street Homes development, one is under contract and another is reserved, according to Mike Hulett of Atland Realty, the brokerage marketing the project. A model for the four-bedroom 4.5-bath single-family homes opened May 17 at 3853 S Lowe Ave in Bridgeport.
The development of the 4,200-square-foot homes is located on a cul-de-sac abutting 39th Street. All buyers have the opportunity not only to customize features, but floor plans and facades as well, according to Hulett. For instance, the home can easily be converted into a five-bedroom dwelling by adding closet space to the 15-by-14-foot recreation room located in the basement.
The homes also include granite countertops and an appliance package from KitchenAid’s Architect series. Buyers will have a choice between marble or porcelain tiles in the baths, three of which have private connections to the upstairs bedrooms.
The project by R & M Development was designed by Studio D Architecture, LLC. Prices start at $749,000 with 30-day delivery available on the model.
