Sales update: Nine homes available with 5 percent down at CA23 in the West Loop

Buyers can purchase the last nine homes at CA23 in the West Loop with seller financing and down payments as low as 5 percent, says developer Geoff Ruttenberg.

Ruttenberg’s Brixton Group has closed 11 sales and taken contracts for another four units at the 25-unit building at 23 N Aberdeen St. The nine condos for sale have three or four bedrooms and range in price from the $590s to $720s.

Three of those units have are completely finished and ready for occupancy, but the other six have room for customization in kitchen finishes, Ruttenberg says.
