Sales figures at Roszak / ADC‘s 31-story South Loop tower aren’t changing a whole lot, however. In fact, they may be going down. Sales manager Jennifer Gerenraich said Thursday that Vetro was right at 50 percent sold; sales were at 51 percent at this time last year, back when the it was just a nub of a building rising up from the top of its parking garage, and we were hearing 53 percent as recently as November.
Roszak / ADC hasn’t adjusted prices on its units, Gerenraich said – studios begin at a little less than $200,000, and one- to three-bedrooms range from the $240s to more than $1 million – but the developer does have a slate of incentives its willing to offer shoppers.
Gerenraich wouldn’t go into detail about the kinds of perks buyers would find (outside of a hint that those $37,500 parking spots might not be so expensive after all), so you’ll have to call the Vetro sales center to get more information.
