I toured some of the broker open houses in the West Loop yesterday and ambled over to the Brixton Group‘s CA23 at 23 N Aberdeen St. Megan Dunn, one of three Koenig & Strey agents marketing the project, caught me up on sales in the building.
Six units are sold and occupied, and 11 are under contract. That leaves seven units on the market, ranging from a three-bedroom / 2.5-bath in the $640s to a four-bedroom / 4.5-bath for $1.3 million. The plan is to have the homes under contract closed by the end of the year, Dunn says.
