After posting a construction update last week for The Signature Residences at 207 E 31st St in Bronzeville, I reached sales manager Michelle Mark to talk about what sort of units are currently available. Mark says six of the 36 units have been sold so far, and units are still available in one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans.
At the low end (and the small end), 650 square-foot one-bedrooms start in the $150s. Two-bedrooms that range in size from 950 to 1,375 square feet are priced from the $220s to the low $300s, and 1,300 to 1,700 square-foot three-bedrooms are priced from the $280s to the $380s. All units come with 50 to 150 square feet of balconies.
Mark says a model unit will open in the fall, possibly by October, but construction on the elevator building won’t be completed until May 2009. As an incentive, the developer is offering a two-percent credit off the purchase price to buyers.
Outdoor parking is offered for $7,500. Heated garage parking is twice that price, at $15,000.
