Closings finally have begun at JFJ Development‘s Superior 110 in River North, and buyers could start moving into their homes as early as next week, says listing agent Greg Eldridge of @properties.

Eldridge says the 27-story tower, located at 110 W Superior St, is awaiting some finishing touches in the lobby, fitness center and dog run, but is otherwise ready for occupancy. One of Superior 110’s smaller two-bedrooms will be staged and ready for viewing sometime in March. A larger half-floor model furnished with Maxalto furniture will open in April, Eldridge says.

Fourteen one- to three-bedroom homes are still for sale from the $540s to about $1.6 million. JFJ has ordered cabinets for most of those homes, but buyers still have the chance to customize some of the units’ other finishes. Eldridge estimates a delivery time as quick as 30 days, depending on those customizations.
