Centrum Properties has sold more than 150 of the 342 units at The Lofts at Roosevelt Collection, according to Senior Vice President Jennifer Arons.
The Lofts, the first phase of the larger Roosevelt Collection development, will fill two eight-story buildings with 400,000 square feet of retail space (including a movie theater). The project is now under construction along Roosevelt Road between Clark and Wells streets in the South Loop.
Later phases of Roosevelt Collection will include a 43-story tower with 294 condos. When the development wraps up, it will include a total of 1,000 units, according to Arons.

Does this include a public pedestrian way though it from Polk to Roosevelt? Anyone know?
I think from Roosevelt to 9th, as Roosevelt Collection only goes up to 9th street (or rather, where 9th street would be if it extended that far). There is a parking lot between 9th and Polk that I’m sure that anyone can walk through to get to RC.
