Sales were originally slated to begin this past spring, with models opening this summer. Current plans call for sales to start in January or February of next year.
dnaInfo recently reported that the project had a ceremonial groundbreaking last Friday “with dignitaries rushing … to turn over a few clods of trucked-in dirt while posing for photographs.”
According to the dnaInfo report, sales will begin this summer.
The single-family homes, which dnaInfo touted as “high-end” will be priced in the $700s to $900s.
If you’re familiar with conventions for naming new home developments, you’ll be surprised to learn that Sauganash Glen is actually in Sauganash.
