Lincoln Park is home to more than just its eponymous lakefront park. The neighborhood has 16 parks, according to the Lincoln Park Chamber of Commerce’s Web site. Oz Park, 2021 N Burling St, is one of the largest. It’s named after The Wonderful Wizard of Oz author Lyman Frank Baum, who lived several miles to the west. When we strolled through it on a gorgeous, bright day last week, we certainly felt like we weren’t in Kansas anymore.
