Last night, we stopped into the opening of the sales center for eco18, located at 1830 S Wabash Ave (the building is planned up the street at 1818 S Wabash). As we’ve mentioned, developer Rick Turner of Dynaprop Development Corp. is in hot pursuit of a LEED Gold Certification for the South Loop project. Floor plans, which range from one- to two-bedrooms plus den are available here. Preconstruction prices start in the $250s.






Mark – Did you happen to ask Rick why the design is so hideous? He’s responsible enough to develop a highly environmentally-conscious building, but not enough to develop an even remotely aesthetically-consious one?
I hope the guy in the white is a foreigner. That’s the only excuse for that. I tried to dress like that once and got chased down the street for 8 miles.
