I’ve looked at this building in the past. It’s nice, but the building has had issues with it’s windows which has been an ongoing saga since it was finished. There was talk about a huge special assessment to get it all fixed. Not sure how that ever turned out. One terrace unit I looked at was especially bad. There was a lot of water damage around the windows. Anyone who is contemplating buying into this building really needs to do their homework.
