The adjacent building on the far left is a little taller than we expected, and we’re still waiting to see if they plant those trees, but the real-life Fulton Place is otherwise a spot-on match of its rendering. The 74-unit Greif Properties development at 657 W Fulton St has only eight units left, ranging in price from the $300s to the $390s. The mid-rise is going to get some big neighbors soon: high-rises 740 Fulton and Trio are also under construction nearby.
