Everyone knows there’s blood in the water today and buyers out looking to take advantage of it. Matt “The Knife” Garrison of Coldwell Banker’s Matt Garrison Group recently launched CondoShark to appeal to those buyers.
According to Garrison, “everyone is interested in tracking and finding the best deals right now. No system is perfect, but we track the biggest price reductions as an interesting indicator for buyers. We set up CondoShark.com as a free tool to monitor price reductions. We will be making some changes to make it even more transparent in the near future. And, of course we feel we are very qualified to help buyers negotiate the best deals possible on these properties if they want representation.”
