Sheldon Good's "buyer's choice" bidding

When Sheldon Good & Company auctions 20 units from Motor Row Lofts on November 15, it will use a process called “buyer’s choice” bidding method, in which high bidders get a choice of several units offered in each round. At a recent Motor Row Lofts open house, Jamie Cote of Sheldon Good gave prospective bidders an overview of this auction process.

Jamie also outlined the property tax assessment freeze and investor tax credits available at the property, and announced that the project has received FHA approval, making financing available to buyers with as little as a 3.5-percent down payment.

Motor Row Lofts, 2303 S Michigan Ave, will be open from noon to 3 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays in the lead-up to the auction.
