Shop, dine, play and live at New City apartments

The excitement is building as the shops, restaurants and entertainment venues begin opening in the sprawling New City community on Chicago’s Near North Side. An official grand opening celebration is slated for October 30 through November 1.

The CTA Red Line stop at North and Clybourn is a block away and a variety of bus routes serve the area, providing quick access to Loop offices and Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Bucktown, Wicker Park and West Loop attractions.

New City is a full-amenity, full-service, pet-friendly community with 199 studio, convertible, 1- and 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartments. Floor plans are available online, and the leasing office is open daily on-site at 1457 N Halsted St.
