Halsted Flats, the 15-story, 269-unit luxury apartment tower that’s nearing completion at 3740 N Halsted St is slated to begin occupancy in mid-March, and making rapid progress toward that goal.
In the meantime, the leasing staff is operating out of a temporary office at 3704 N Halsted and taking small groups on hardhat tours of the apartments on Thursdays and Saturdays. If you’re interested in renting, contact the leasing office at 855-318-6261 to schedule a tour.
Halsted Flats has been generating a lot fo interest as the first new rental tower in the Lake View / Wrigleyville / Boystown neighborhood in decades.
