Linda Martin is seeing strong activity on the North Shore this spring, even at price points near $4 million, with many of buyers making cash offers. Martin, a Realtor with Coldwell Banker, talked to Joe about an uptick in activity in the back yard of a Winnetka home that saw a flurry of activity and a contingent contract after just four days on the market.
