Silver Tower, which recently hit the 75 percent sold mark, according to Kathryn Kjarsgaard of Taylor Johnson Associates, is a 39-story condo development at 303 W Ohio St. The 225 condominiums have one to three bedrooms and one to two bathrooms, with some plans including dens and all plans featuring balconies.
We understand the logistics of building a model unit, but for a development that’s touting its spectacular views pretty loudly, we can’t wait to see if the fog-free windows live up to the hype.
