Silver Tower's furnished model to open in May, closings set for beginning of June

The exterior of Silver Tower, 303 W Ohio St, hasn’t changed too much over the past month or two, but by the sounds of things, work on the interior is moving right along. According to @properties agent Jason Pohlonski, all of the concrete is done, and there are just a few more windows that remain to be installed on the building’s top floors.

Inside, workers are painting the hallways and setting up the fitness room. Pohlonski says that the sales center and furnished model will move into the building in the beginning of May, and first closings are scheduled for the first week of June. After that, closings will be held for four to six floors per month for the rest of the year.

To lure entry-level buyers, Stonegate Development recently lowered some prices and is offering a number of buyer incentives. One-bedrooms now start in the $270s — down from the $290s — and the developer is giving buyers $5,000 towards closing costs and offering to pay the first year’s assessments. The building also received FHA approval, which will also ease the burden on first-time buyers.

In the past few weeks since the price cuts and incentives were announced Pohlonski says sales center traffic has quadrupled, and that trend should only continue once the furnished model opens in the high-rise.
