Just a few years ago you’d have been frustrated in a search for under $800K homes Kenilworth.
Earlier today I found 9 homes under that level, and six of them were priced between $429K and $585K. Five of those homes were west of Green Bay Rd and the Metra tracks, and one was just east of Green Bay, a few doors north of Joseph Sears School (preK-8).
